Hey hon, just so you know--the Cat Elves are idling out from under you and Kaer. I've just run this month's idledest, and come next round, three Cat Elves are going to go poof if something isn't done about it. Y'all aren't quite in danger of going defunct yet, but you'll be on the brink if those folks stay idle enough that I gotta blow 'em up.

I know you're busy, and so's Kaer, but when you all get the chance you may want to touch bases and discuss what you want to do about this. I've warned him of what's going on as well.

Yep. Unless something has dramatically changed since I left, the kitties are deadly idle. I contacted Kaer before I headed out for this trip, and he sounded, well, if not enthusiastic, at least 'alert' about getting on the ball about the situation, but I dunno, maybe he meant to wait until I got back. I'm out another two weeks yet, won't be back till practically May. If they haven't disintegrated 100% by then, maybe Kaer and I can miraculously become magically active again and do something about it. With Panda moved back into his parents' house once we get back to WA, it's true that I'll have a lot more 'free time'... ;)

Kaer is, or at least is my reading, less 'unenthused' and more 'at his wit's end' as to what exactly to do about the tribe. 'Cause y'all aren't the only ones suffering the huge loss of players; we've shut down five tribes in the last few months due to TM losing players hand over fist. He and I have been talking about ways to give TM a kick in the head, though neither of us are terribly sure that it'll be useful--or whether it'll be more of a 'discussing how to count the horses when not only have they all escaped, the damn barn is on fire' situation.

One of the people who's idle is Syrra, BTW, so if you see this in time--get her to get that character logged on. I seem to recollect she's local. But I don't know how to get in touch with her.
