Well, as of last night I am 34. solarbird made me a cake and gave me a nifty DVD of a live a-ha perfomance as well as a year's subscription to Writer's Digest, and mamishka gave me the nifty new DVD version of Eddie Izzard's Dress to Kill, and spazzkat gave me an adorable talking Stitch doll. *beam*

Thirty four years in the same great location!

[I say that about my birthday every year -- actually, this year it'll be "46 years in the same great location!" I've had to add, starting a few years ago, "Now expanding to serve your better!" but I don't do that to other people.]

Happy belated birthday! I know I looked at it on my calendar but I must have forgotten the actual day. ^_^;; I need to get a copy of that Eddie Izzard DVD. It is too hilarious. I end up hurting myself whenever I watch that routine.

The really cool thing about the Eddie DVD is watching the extra bit on there which is a rough cut of a show done in France. His performance style is significantly different when he's performing in French, and not surprisingly since he's trying to do comedy in a language that isn't his native one. :)
