Spotted on a web page during a google search on Russell Crowe:

"Also, who wouldn't like to take Russell Crowe down a couple of pegs? Home-wrecker, pretty-boy, non-descript European-accent talkin', turning-point of a million women's nocturnal fantasies bastard that he is... yeah, I'd like to sucker punch the dickhead too!"

And, I might add, they can't identify an Aussie accent when they hear one, either.

Of course, the appropriate followup quote to this is, "Russell Crowe is the studmaster of my fantasy universe," still standing out in my memory from exrvl-l, as well as firni's reaction when she finally did get around to seeing Gladiator, which went, as I recall, "I don't see why Anna thinks this guy is so hot. ... Well, she might be on to something. ... Not that I'll admit it or anything."

Yesterday, it snowed...

... and today, as I'm sitting here minding the till at lyricae's store until ssha gets back from lunch, it's sunny and gorgeous outside. March is so screwed up, weather-wise, this year.

I have hauled three boxes of duplicate romance novels down to the back hall, to get them out of the stock room upstairs, and I therefore NEVER HAVE TO LOOK AT THOSE BOOKS AGAIN (I hope). Go me!
