Going offline this afternoon and heading up to Vancouver to see the Serenity sneak peek up there, along with jessicac and mamishka! (Because that's where Jessica got the tickets, doncha know.)

We'll be heading out noonish-to-oneish, after which time I will not be online for the rest of the day. So if you have something that needs saying to me, better say it now!

it's YOUR Customs/INS people that are being persnickity about passports and etc, not ours. You should (theoretically) have zero trouble getting in with BC+DL. Getting home again might be something else entirely :P

Yeah, I totally remember our border people being way crankier about documentation than yours, last couple of times we've come up. And well, NONE of us are going to have passports with us, but all three of us will have birth certificates. This ought to be exciting. ;)
