Most places have already sold out (again). At least this time I had a shot at a Philly show (one of the 10 new cities), but it sold out this morning according to the theater.

In theory I did manage to get tickets on-line for the RI show, but I don't believe it yet (website says I got 'em, but no confirmation email).

I've heard rumors that the Seattle show, despite the page claiming the show has sold out, is actually not going on sale till 1pm. So I'm going to check then and see what happens. The Seattle listing on the page, anyway, says 'check back later'.

From talking to the theaters, I know the Boston and Philly shows are definately sold out at this point.

Heh! I MIGHT be willing to drive down to Portland if I had the time to spare for a day trip during the week, but eh well. It's too close to Folklife up here in Seattle anyway!

Looks like I'll just have to hold out till September, unless more advance screenings pop up!

Ahh, yeah, that'd be a tempting prospect. And from what I've been hearing from the Firefly fans up here, or at least the ones that showed up at Norwescon this year, California fandom seems to have very good access to Joss and stuff like this. :)

Hey, it'd take Great Big Sea to get me to fly across the country, and then only if Alan Doyle Himself was to give me personal bouzouki lessons! Airplane tickets are EXPENSIVE. ;)

And I don't doubt that Waterfire is cool, but solarbird and I are lucky to afford one trip per year that requires airplanes! And we're still working on being able to make it to Scotland.

I'd consider coming down to Portland if I had the time! I liked what I saw of it when I came down to see TOFOG perform in 2001. :)
