Not so much with the treadmill lately, what with the editing and all--but I've gotten in more frequent weights workouts, and that's had the satisfying effect of letting me start to get my arm strength back up. My right arm is still just fractionally weaker than my left arm; I've been pondering whether to keep playing with the ten pounder for a bit or go up to twelve. Also, it's been good to have my wrists feel better again, a reminder that if I am to keep up my typing habits, I really do need to keep up with the weights as well--at the very least, the wrist curls.

In the meantime, having stopped at the bookstore yesterday, I got in the Montlake-to-U-Village walk, which goes by a lot more quickly if I'm reading a book at the time. And oh hey, I'm almost to Tom Bombadil's house!

I'd do some cautious workouts with the 12 pounders and see how your arm responds to it. If you get bone aches and pains, then go back to the 10 pounders for a while until your right arm's up to snuff.
