Just spotted this up on the OKPK, wherein there is an ongoing thread about "Raewyn", the first of the ditties on which Alan Doyle and Russell Crowe have collaborated. Quote:

"It is really good. I am surprised how well Russell Crowe can sin."

Yeah, he's really good at that. >:)

did they literally mean sin? or sing?
cuz i'm sure he can do the first rather well (he IS human, and all humans sin, it's the nature of the beasties), and i'll have to listen to stuff later to make judgement on the latter ;)

Oh, he totally meant 'sing', given the context of the thread. And this IS one of Russell's better-sung ditties; the man has recorded unlistenable tracks, but they are far less numerous than his good ones.

And as for sinning, well, even those of us in Crowe fandom can tell you he's got that down to a high art. ;>
