Real fast Rivendell update

Today's exercise was all walking--due to having to leave work late, which was in turn due to getting to work late due to critical failure of attempts to catch busses on time. I missed my usual bus, and it turned out that my backup bus was itself half an hour late. So the 312 stopped at my stop, and the driver yelled out the door that anyone who wanted to go downtown had better board his bus.

Also, I needed to get in an extra half hour on my time card anyway since I was at work for only 7.5 hours on Sunday, and I wanted to be able to round out an even 40. So I didn't wind up leaving work until 5:45 or so, which meant that I got to the U Village bus stop later than I wanted for catching the 372. I didn't catch that bus until just before 7pm, so I didn't get home until 7:45 or so.

But I did manage to catch solarbird as she headed out to the convention, so yay! And tomorrow: NORWESCON!

Indeed! And triple-yay for impending convention. ^_^ Now I just have to make it through a full workday knowing spazzkat and I will be heading down there tonight!
