Nov. 10th, 2004 03:49 pmIt has occurred to me in the last few days that if I do not get a rejection letter from Tor by this next Saturday (the 20th), then I will meet the one month + one week turnaround time from "acknowledgement of manuscript" to "rejection letter" accomplished by Faerie Blood's first visit to their slush pile. I'm hoping for either "it takes longer to get the rejection letter this time" or "I get a rejection letter with better feedback"! And of course it goes without saying that "please send us the rest of your novel" would be cool, too. So everybody keep your fingers crossed that I don't get a rejection letter for another week and a half! ;)

Otherwise I'm all too prone to keep putting it off and putting it off and putting it off. Again, like writing a book. You've got to make the time. Otherwise it probably won't get done.
