There are a couple, actually! Another is nethack. I'm not actually on 'em, but I peek at 'em every so often when I'm bored.

I haven't played much in the past few years, but I'm definitely a nethacker from way back. Not a particularly good nethacker, but I try.

Cool beans! What are your character classes of choice? My first and only ascension has been with a Valkyrie, and I'm currently fond of alternating between Rogues and Rangers. If I'm feeling particularly in need of a challenge, I'll tackle playing a Healer. ;)

Housemate risu is also a Nethacker and has in fact recently won the game on our install on lodestone, with a Wizard. :)

Mostly I've played Valkyrie as well. I've tried other characters, but not enough to know them well.

I have to admit that I've never won a NH game without cheating. *sob* Frankly, I'm just not that great at games.
