annathepiperThis is how many words exist in the newly begun Chapter 17, which brings the total word count for the story up over 59,000! 59,013 to be precise. I am very pleased by this and wondering if I can be ambitious enough to make myself top 60K tomorrow.
If this turns out to be one of my longer chapters, this means I'll have at least another 3,000 words in it... which would put me up over 63,000. Gosh, I'm getting dangerously close to having a novel here. :D
Sleepy. Bed now! And just to go along with the whole trend of making the mood of Livejournal quixotic, the obligatory mood setting. Because well, "The Impossible Dream" has been going through my head ever since I read about this little campaign. It's oddly appropriate for me working on achieving a life goal here. Plus, I support anything that songviruses me with Elvis singing something.
