annathepiperI did wind up taking the last paragraph I'd written last night and making it the start of Chapter 16 tonight... and with another 520 words on top of that, Chapter 16 is now at 616 words. Total word count for the story, 54,033.
At the bare minimum I think I have another four discreet chunks of story, at least when I think about them in terms of overall groups of events that need to happen before the story is done. So that can be anywhere from another 4-7 chapters depending on how many words I'm going to need... and given that I'm Verbosity Girl I'd be surprised if I don't come out on the high end of that. So I'm estimating at minimum another 21K. Which would put me at approximately 75K.
So we'll see what happens!
