Dec. 6th, 2003 01:58 pmFor the first time since I broke my arm, as of this afternoon, I have DRIVEN OUR CAR! My elbow was a little shaky on the gear shifting, but I DID IT!
Gosh, that was satisfying. I haven't missed driving much in the last six months, but for doing things like going to the store and needing to get a bunch of groceries that you can't have a PRAYER of carrying home on foot, you really do need a car. And it's good to know that if I need to I can also drive to work again, now.
