It SNOWED! Not in the U-district to speak of, though when I went up 52nd this morning on my way to 15th to catch the 48, I saw this one yard which had what I thought was just melted frost in it. But it must have been snow. I started seeing cars going by on 15th with significant amounts of snow on them, and once I got to Microsoft there was visible snow all over the grass. YAY SNOW!

Apparently Everett got about two inches and Snoqualmie Pass got two feet, with it still falling and another one to two feet predicted by nightfall (as of morning drivetime).

Yeah, I've been hearing about the pass getting snow! We got a nice dusting on our house that stayed for a day or two, thanks to our attic being extremely well insulated by solarbird; this is already more snow than we got last year, so I am not discontent, but I want MORE!

We have tree branches all over the yard (BIG ones) because of the combination of heavy snow and stupid jumping squirrels.

You know WHY the squirrels are so retarded? Because they're EASTERN gray squirrels, that's why.

We're especially cute when we try to figure out what the hell to do with our snowplows. Of which I THINK Seattle has more than two at this point, but I'm not certain. ;)

I always liked the way it would get snowier as you rode up 520 toward the Sammammish plateau. Yeah!

That is pretty cool, yeah! :) Though I've been out that way only a very few times during winter seasons--and not since well before they shut down the Scenic Pass hot spring. Sniffle.
