Satisfying arm sidenote

annathepiperI discovered tonight that I can get that barrette I bought at this past Folklife, the big brown leather barrette with the Celtic knotwork design, into my hair. Which is good, because right now my hair has this awful tendency to get into my face! It's less of a problem if I have on a hat, but when I'm trying to do something like, oh, say, BRUSH MY TEETH, it's a bit vexing to get a mouthful of blonde hair. It's especially bad just after I wash my hair, too.
Liz even remarked on it today as she was giving me my massage and random strands of hair kept clinging to my face while she was trying to settle in to work on my shoulder and arm.
So the barrette solves this problem quite nicely, and, go me on actually getting my right hand high enough to secure the thing!
