Cyn update

As of this evening ssha's boyfriend reports that he has gotten in touch with her stepmom and gotten new word on Cyn's condition. She is still in the ICU ward and okay, but she is noticeably disoriented and not running on all cylinders in regards to recent memory and such. Thomas says however that the doctors consider her condition normal and expect it to gradually clear up.

He does not have word on whether they got all of the rest of the tumor though.

More news as I get it.

Ugh. I imagine if somebody shoved MY brain out of the way to get at something, I'd be disoriented too. Hopefully they were able to get most (if not all) of the tumor so she doesn't have to go through any of this crap again.

Yeah totally... Thomas did not say whether they had gotten all of the tumor, but as of when I had last spoken with Cyn on the topic she said that they weren't necessarily expecting to get the rest of it, hence the chemo and radiation therapy.

I'm going to dig up her dad's email address and see if I can get more news from him.
