And in the little bit of it I covered, not too terribly much in the way of interesting places to leave fliers and posters for Great Big Sea concerts! I hit two record stores, a cafe, and Galway Traders (that was kind of cool just because the lady there told me about another lady who's really heavily into the local Celtic music scene and even used to be a DJ on a local radio show), but only got rid of 3 posters and 80 fliers. And I have another 320 fliers or so to go, because this second batch of fliers is way bigger than the first batch! Plus, the Street Team organizer chicks got a little overenthusiastic and seemed to actually order me two sets of posters, so now I have 37 posters to get rid of too.

Anybody know of any good places to leave fliers and posters of this nature, let me know ASAP! :) The show is in 7 more days!

Was that downtown Ballard along Market?

Did you try Ballard Ave NW? One block west of and parallel to Leary. Tractor Tavern, Connor Byrnes -- hey, an Irish pub! -- Sunset Tavern, etc.

Mr. Spot's Chai House is on Leary, just south of Market.

Sounds like you hit as much of Ballard as there is to hit.

Downtown Fremont has a few places if you haven't hit there already: Still Life Cafe, a few kiosks on Fremont Ave N.

I hope they at least give you a free ticket! Sheesh!

Hey, I hear you can put up posters in Seattle now, at least on telephone poles. Gotta love those state constitutions.
