Okay, yep, the Tivo is way cool

So spazzkat got us a Tivo, and has been making delighted little squeaky noises ever since every time he plays with it. So has mamishka, for that matter, though I am still rather alarmed by both of their propensities to torment me with the unadulterated cuteness that is Hamtaro. I Fear the Hamsters!

(On the other hand, I have also figured out how to make this thing record me some early Russell Crowe I ain't never seen before, and how to make it scarf me an upcoming broadcast of a Great Big Sea concert out of Ottawa! WHOO!)

*giggle* Well, Paul likes Hamtaro. I am not sure whether Mimi actually likes Hamtaro, or likes watching me kinda whimper at the cuteness. ;) Because there's a PILE of cuteness there, and I start feeling diabetic by imagining how much more cuteness there must be in the original Japanese. And furthermore, the durned song has SONGVIRUSED ME!

Tivo technology rules. I've loved having it on the Dish Network setup I've got.

Though, I've found myself wishing I could rewind the radio sometimes.
