annathepiperFor those of you who haven't seen me post to Twitter or Facebook this morning, the new Internet has arrived at the Murkworks. This means all our web pages, mailing lists, and DNS have now entered the expected span of wonkiness. solarbird is working to get everything stable for supporting both our old and new connectivity, but until her work is done, you may find it difficult to send us mail at our Murkworks addresses or get to any of our Murk-hosted web pages.
This will of course also impact mailing lists hosted on the Murk, e.g., the LexFA list, my Blog Tour list, the Murkjam/Pie lists, and others.
Untilsolarbird and I give the all clear, it's best to assume you'll need to contact us via off-Murknet means if you need to. For me, that's my gmail addresses, annathepiper for personal mail or angela.korrati for writing-related stuff. Ping me if you find you can't get to our servers and you need anything critical out of your files!
Also, those of you who have domains hosted with us--be prepared to update your registrars with new DNS information once we have that ready to go. Those of you who have web pages hosted with us, too, I'll make sure that our web server talks to our new IP addresses. Both will be required in order to get web pages talking to the world.
