I'm sure a large number of you have seen this already, but for those of you who haven't, here, have this year's Doctor Who Children in Need special! Special Guest Star: Fifth Doctor. :D I love this! I love this so!

And hey, Peter Davison has aged not half badly, even if his hair's kind of scantier these days. Nice that they even threw in a bit of explanation for how Five can look older than he did in his proper timeline, too!

Oh, I adore Five - he's my favourite, he really is, and so under-rated. That line about 'You were my doctor' - is that the writer or DT I wonder? Probably Moffat, but I'd like to know for sure :-)

Oh, I dunno, I bet it's a bit of both Moffat and Tennant, that was some pretty obvious fanboyish glee on Tennant's face in that entire scene. ;)

And it wouldn't surprise me, anyway. I've read about him talking about how weird and fun it was to have Sarah Jane in that earlier episode of his, after he'd watched her episodes all throughout his childhood!

I definitely need me some more Doctor, but having two Doctors at once for eight minutes didn't suck. :D I loved how they both went "What? WHAT?!" at one another, as well as the obvious fanboy squee all over David Tennant's face. Which made Davison's lines about "you're a FAN" particularly funny.
