Sing in me, O Muse
Dec. 3rd, 2006 09:53 pmThis weekend has been full of Good. I've already posted about
kathrynt,
llachglin, and their little Lillian's visit yesterday. I have not actually watched Friday night's BSG--but I'm good with that. Because apparently, my muse is all fired up from even my failed Half-Nano attempt and is now demanding I make a hard chug through the rest of Queen of Souls as fast as possible. It has even been generous enough to throw me a pretty clear outline of the entire second half of the book. I am beyond delighted by this, and now am feeling very optimistic about finishing it by the end of the year. This would give me two things I'll need to get back into editing on, QoS, and Lament of the Dove as well. Hopefully maybe by March I can have them both out there keeping Faerie Blood company in the wild.
This is a really good way to start the week! And I did a bit of treadmill yesterday as well, which I daresay has contributed to my liveliness. I really must remember to do that more often.
Tuesday through Sunday miles: 15.05
Miles out of Hobbiton: 1580.4
Miles out of Rauros Falls: 271.4
Miles to Isengard: 212.6
