It's snowing!

We actually got a little bit of snow overnight, but not much. And it didn't stay; it was gone by the time I woke up. It's been raining most of the morning and so far most of this afternoon--except that now it's abruptly shifted over to wet snow and it's starting to stick to the rooftops. Woot! I doubt it'll stay unless it gets a lot colder this afternoon. We'll have to see how it affects tomorrow's commute, since there's snow in the forecast for tomorrow too.

Wow...snow! It's 70 damn degrees here.

I'm kind of stunned to see snow right now, that's for sure. It's not even December yet. In years past we usually haven't seen any snow until right around January. Of course, in years past we weren't living on the north side of Lake Washington, either.

Last year I think it snowed on the Friday a week after Thanksgiving (I remember because that was when we got our company Christmas tree and it was perfect because we put it up and it was snowing and we all ate doughnuts and drank hot chocolate. That was pretty much the only snow we got last year (we at least down here not in the mountains).

Our one good snow in Kenmore, as I recall, was in early December. So not long after this point in the year. It'll be interesting to see what sort of pattern we get with the weather this year!

Citrix. I guess they have an office down in Redmond, kinda where the Volt offices used to be.

He'll be really close to beergutt's apartment... I told P he should go pick Kevin's front door at lunchtime and rearrange everything in the fridge, drink half the milk, that kind of thing.

*does the Dance of Snow* Still coming down here in Kenmore! And the forecast claims we're up for snow overnight, pretty much. 1-2 inches of wet snow tonight, 1-2 inches of wet snow tomorrow!
