RIGHT THEN, we now return you to your regularly scheduled GBS fangirling! Short form: Great Big Sea, 8:30pm Sunday night, the Mural Amphitheater at Seattle Center, Bumbershoot! Who's with me? :)

solarbird will probably not be able to make it, but I have my 1-day pass to get in, and I am there, because I am in desperate, desperate need of Newfoundlander therapy after these past two weeks. Hope to see some subset of you local folks down there!

Mmmmmmmm "Graceful and Charming" mmmmmmmmm. Yeah, that'll work! And now that I've heard Bob do "Come and I Will Sing You", I know he's got the voice for a nice ballad; it'd be neat to hear him sing one.

And because I am a magnanimous person, they don't even all have to marry me. I'll take regular appearances on my porch for bouzouki lessons. ;)

Do you have to show up first thing in the morning to get a bracelet for the show? I am going to be tied up from very early morning until early evening all weekend, so I might have to skip it if it calls for being able to queue up for a bracelet.

I don't know anything about a bracelet--I do know that you have to have a separate free pass for main stage events, but GBS is not on the main stage, so as far as I know the regular 1-day pass should get you in. My pass isn't a bracelet, it's a ticket.

I didn't buy a pass in advance. I guess I will have to buy one at the gate. Oh well!
