Logs archives back up

Just to be all tidily official about this, for those of you who didn't catch this on previous entries, I have reinstated my online logs archives--both the Two Moons MUSH logs as well as my personal logs. The latter archive covers logs from PernMUSH, CrystalMUSH, Star Wars MUSH, a scattering of logs of my character Rellawy from Galaxy I, and one or two logs from my brief abortive attempt to play on Clone Wars.

Any of y'all played on those games, you can search through my logs here and the Two Moons logs here. Enjoy!

Ah... logs...

I couple probably dig of my own up, cleaned and whatnot. However, they aren't canon characters, nor of any far-reaching signifince so... probably not of much interest.

Eh, one can argue that a lot of my logs aren't canon characters or far-reaching significance, but I post 'em anyway. The day-to-day stuff of even minor characters can be fun reading sometimes! And like I said, I like it when random players pop up out of the blue and go 'ohmigod, you have a log with me in it from six years ago?!' ^_^

Hm.. Right. Well, I'll look through what logs I have. Do I need to get consent from the other players, you think?

I think it depends on the game and on the scene in question. On the games I've played on, it was not considered necessary to seek the permission of everyone in the log before posting said log. So for myself, I only worried about it if the scene was involving something of a specifically private nature--and I'm not talking about just tinysex, I'm also talking about scenarios where something got RPed about that one or more players might not have wanted leaked to the player populace, even OOC through a log. (Because there are some times that even if you know something OOC, it can't help but influence your IC actions.)

If these are Two Moons logs, I'd say go ahead and post 'em to your heart's content unless they are of things that are of a specifically private nature, like I described above. :)

Right. No sensitive info, secrets, and definitely no soulnames! ^_^ Public scenes, with as many players as possible 'coz one of them might turn out to be one of the people who go "cool, you have a log of me.. that I myself don't have!" *giggle*

The logs are at home (and I'm not). I shall see what I can do.

Cool! And heck, since TM is actually dead in the water, I can't imagine anyone will complain very loudly about putting up logs after the fact. I mean, it ain't like it's going to step on anybody's future RP or anything.

Was I ever so young? (Wistful sigh!) I remember watching a lot of M*A*S*H, because it was right about when I was both online and just about ready for bed. Hawkeye and Trapper both went into Morgan (which is still my middle name,) and yet he was also informed by Yakko Warner.

Heavens, to be un-self-conscious about playing someone so prickly again? I don't know that I could. Heh.

Out of curiosity, have you ever tried WoW? (can't remember if I asked that before or not. My friend Dave and his wife played on CW for a while, but they said Sony (those are the ones that make CW, right?) fucked it up too much, and gameplay wasn't as good as it had been, and left it to play WoW instead.

WoW = World of Warcraft?

Nope, I've never gone for that. All the online games I've ever played on have been MUSHes. I've never gotten into Everquest or World of Warcraft or the like.
