Heat's cooling down, but I'm still zonked

annathepiperToday, mercifully, the heat has slacked off considerably here in the Pacific Northwest. I actually got some sleep last night thanks to the bedroom being tolerable, though I am still severely behind on my sleep and wrestling with the sleepies even as I type. It's probably a good thing I don't have much actual work to do today.

writercon, which is amusing me quite a bit--it sounds like it was quite a lot of fun, and it makes me vaguely interested in checking it out next year even if I am not quite sure what I would do at a convention that seems to be all about fanfic. Though I think I could probably make a decent argument for my 13+ years of MUSH roleplay logs fitting into the fanfic category. ;)
And I'm still sleepily re-reading a bunch of my old logs. I didn't manage to write anything last night, as sleepy as I was, but I did at least write the night before. We'll see how I do tonight and tomorrow, assuming I get a decent night's sleep!
