And oh yes...
Apr. 28th, 2006 04:43 pmBecause I apparently have not posted enough today, I wanted to add that yesterday I logged back into Rhapsody to discover that my library had been wiped. Doh. But I managed to reconstruct it, and found that while the list of song titles was gone, it had somehow magically preserved the last play dates and play counts on the songs I'd played before.
And I went through two albums by Flook, once I'd finished putting my library back together, since Flook had been recommended to me by my off-LJ correspondent Eric. The two albums in question were Haven and Rubai, and I found them enjoyable. All instrumental, mostly up-tempo adaptations of assorted Irish-flavored ditties, with occasional electronic sorts of futzing. Mostly reminded me of Solas in terms of overall flavor, and I thought it'd be good music for me to write to.
So I might wind up getting Haven at the very least, since that album had a couple of tracks I actively liked.
