Tag, I'm it

firni pitched this my way. Snurch it if you wish; I don't tag folks for these things. I'll include the instructions that came with the meme because I am a completist, though.
The first player of this game starts with the topic "five weird habits" and people who get tagged need to write an entry about their five weird habits as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next five people to be tagged and link to their web journals. Don't forget to leave a comment in their blog or journal that says "You have been tagged" (assuming they take comments) and tell them to read yours.

- If I'm tired when I'm walking, generally on my way home from getting off the bus, I will try to make the walk go faster by counting the number of steps that it takes to get me to the next landmark. Like the corner, a tree, or our front steps.
- When I'm sleeping, if it's really cold in the room and I want a blanket, I usually have to stick one foot out from under the blanket or else I feel too hot.
- If I'm too jittery to get to sleep, I will try to count backwards from 1,000 to try to clear my head. Usually this will involve mentally visualizing each number. Sometimes I'll think of a voice pronouncing the number distinctly, to try to keep from counting down too quickly. Sometimes I'll actually visualize a big pasture full of sheep next to an empty pasture, and move sheep over one at a time.
- Any attempt of mine to work on writing is not executed properly unless I have an ogle pic up on the first tab of my Firefox window. Sometimes this will actually have some some vague connection to what I'm writing, if I'm working on something I've mentally cast as one of my media gentlemen (or if I have a particularly excellent picture of a media lady who I might have mentally cast as a heroine). Most of the time, though, I just want to look at the Pretty.
- I usually wear shorts. Even in January. I'm wearing shorts right now.

Date: 2006-01-20 01:01 am (UTC)I should have done the "I ain't tagging" thing. Didn't even think of it, probably because I was being annoying.
