Friends in print!

As I've mentioned before, the lovely and talented mamishka has recently come out with her Firefly episode guide. Well, one of the many things that got cheerfully yakked about at chipmunck's place last night was that kathrynt's in print now as well, with her essay that's in this book!

And, and, AND, I just found out that another friend of mine, amiable_geek, has FINALLY had the book he co-wrote with Lawrence Watt-Evans come out! The Spartacus File is available for purchase on Amazon, RIGHT NOW, as we speak!

So big congrats to Mimi, Kathryn, and Carl!

Between them and mizkit coming out with Urban Shaman (and having MORE books on the way) and another off-LJ friend of mine named Deby Fredericks coming out with HER book (The Magister's Mask), I continue to be very hopeful about getting into print myself some day soon. I'm hoping all the good author karma will roll over onto me!
