You mean, you haven't pre-ordered tickets for Cinderella Man yet? I'm shocked to find one of the top RC fans needing prompting this late in the game.

It's that whole "I don't have extra bucks for ANYTHING right now" thing. Stupid budget! :) I'm probably going to wind up spending these free movie vouchers I've had for months now on going to see Russell, just because I don't have the bucks to spare for movie tickets at the moment.

But, well, y'know, NEW RUSSELL MOVIE, so I must do what I must. ;)

(Though actually, I never pre-order tickets to anything. I've never found that I needed to.)

What, "Cinderella Man?" Every time I see Renee Zellweger doing that awful "I'm always behind you!" line, I want to vomit. Copiously, no less. And in a projectile fashion. But if you can stand her, then enjoy your 2-or-so hours of Russell goodness! I think I'll wait for DVD, myself, and just advance through every scene with the irritating Renee. :P

Finally. Yes. Tomorrow. Missed all the news and pix this week, being cut off from the Internet. Our local critic gave it four stars, much to my surprise as he always goes pretty much the opposite to my opinions on films.

I've paid very little actual attention to the buzz, pics, and stuff for this flick--which is not like me with Russell flicks. But hey, Life Eaten By the Book and all. ^_^ And besides, what do I need to know? "It's got Russell in it." "I'M THERE!"

Isn't he just? Though it has been four years since I laid actual eyes on the actual Crowe, oh my yes I am remembering the hotness of the actual Crowe presence.

And you saw BOTH OF THEM, Russell AND Alan? Can you feel my jealousy waves from that side of the continent? ;)
