It's official: three months reached!

annathepiperNothing interesting showed up in today's mail--so it's official. I have made it to the three-month mark with no rejection letter. Now to make it to my birthday--and then the four-month mark a few more weeks after that! I figure if that I can get that far then I will begin to feel as though I've at least gotten out of the gate, even if other horses are outrunning me.

mizkit and shadowhwk in lamenting that Tor hasn't gotten back to us yet! (But just as long as I can finish the third draft before they do, I'm good!)
Also, I must add that I feel quite virtuous, as I got on the treadmill tonight for the first time in Too Damned Long. This is what happens when Kit's posts about her own successes in that area start inspiring me along with her writing posts. ;) (Hey Kit! If I get published, maybe I should buy us both either incredibly healthy dinners or else sloppy, gooey, delicious chocolate sundaes. You'll have to let me know what you prefer!)
