Gosh, I miss Buffy
Nov. 2nd, 2004 01:05 pmSo in the interests of making myself less braindead at work, I have endeavored to a) go to bed earlier, and b) get up a little later. This has gotten me back closer to eight hours of downtime, which is more conducive to coherent Annas. It also hasn't sucked that there's a fireplace in the bedroom to make it cozier upon the arrival of sleeptime, even if I have yet to actually think of 'turning on the fire' without snickering.
Anyway, this means also that I have been sleeping better. I still haven't managed to sleep a night through in a while without waking up a couple of times and peering groggily at the clock, but at least I've had more time for spells of actual sleep.
So I've had more time for dreaming. This morning, I remember, I was dreaming some sort of weird cross between reality, Buffy, and Angel. It was set in a building that I'm fairly sure was based on the hotel in Angel, though it looked kind of more like an abandoned school than an abandoned hotel. I am not sure if I was supposed to be myself or Buffy or a cross between, but I distinctly remember being there in the sense of 'myself participating in the dream' rather than 'myself observing the action'. And I don't remember seeing Buffy as a separate entity.
Plenty of angsty Spike, though, and something about villains trying to take over the building.
And, as I am sure will amuse him greatly,
spazzkat smooched Willow.
