Me and the Net, or lack thereof

annathepiperJust so folks know, if you haven't figured it out already, my presence on the Net is pretty minimal right now due to the idiots at Verizon screwing up our initial attempt at a DSL installation at Murkworks North. We are not due for the next round of trying to get this fixed until Wednesday, so in the meantime, ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
solarbird, risu, and I are limited to dialup access via my Drizzle.com account, and we're trading off on the line to share the access.
This means that I'm getting horribly behind on reading my Friends page, since I'm trying to minimize my own online time to downloading new email and uploading replies to things I've answered offline, or just answering LJ comments as they come in, or uploading LJ posts that I've also composed offline. So if you might have said something to me on LJ that I've missed in the last few days, please feel free to wing me an email, or else drop me a comment here.
Hopefully the Net situation will return to normal soon! In the meantime, I figure it's as good an excuse as any to keep resting up and recovering my post-surgery strength. :) I am starting to get back a more normal level of strength and brainpower, so I am actually trying to get caught up on email again--so if I do owe you email, hang in there. An answer will be forthcoming!
