Another milestone passed

Tonight, though I am up way too late because I got distracted by online conversation and amusing things on TV, I have passed THIRTY! THOUSAND! WORDS! Or to be more specific, 30,039 words. Chapter 9 is now underway. And I am bound for bed. Zzzzzzzz.

Doing my best! *giggle* I have a fairly decent idea of how the rest of the story is going to go, now; it's boiling down to just a matter of WRITING it. And I'm fast approaching the point that this'll be the longest thing I have written in quite some time! I've matched this word count on other things I'm playing around with, but the big differences here are that a) I'm doing this a lot faster and b) this is all one big pass through the plot as opposed to writing bits and pieces that are scattered all over a storyline and not cohesively connected. ;)
