When you go to the dentist to have three amalgam fillings replaced and you get done around ten minutes to two and they tell you that the anesthetic will wear off by three and you'll be able to eat after that point, take great care when you actually show up to eat pho at around 3pm because the anesthetic will NOT have worn off by then and you'll wind up dribbling your nummy pho broth all over your chin if you're not careful.

Ahem. Er, or so I've heard.
