While the Torbay show that Dara and I went to in 2012 ranks VERY high up on my list of favorite memories, I also have a warm spot in my heart for the 2004 show that they did with Carbon Leaf at the Moore here in Seattle. It was a two set show, and "General Taylor" was not actually supposed to be on the set list for either set...

... until a guy in the audience started just singing it during the intermission, and a bunch of us jumped in on singing along with him. The band was spotted looking out at us from backstage, and lo and behold, "General Taylor" showed up in the second set!
