Ordinary Day

I've thought about joining NIWA, but didn't because they're based out of Portland and their in-person meetings are there, which is a two-hour drive one way for me. Are you planning on making the trek down there to go to their meetings? Do you think you'll get your money's worth out of your membership if you don't (as in, what will you get out of it, just out of curiosity).
