Another late arm status report (Week 13+)

Last week was pretty bad -- and I think it was my own damn fault. Tuesday of last week it was raining quite hard as I left the house for work, and I was stupid twice over. #1, I didn't get an umbrella to take with me, foolishly thinking I'd be fine. #2, I didn't decide to go catch the 48 and shorten my walk.
