I haven't noticed any appetite problems yet, though this was right before lunch. And since I'm getting up 45 minutes earlier, I'm also taking my thyroid meds 45 minutes earlier... which in turn has been making me hungrier by lunchtime. So there's all sorts of reasons I could have been a little unsteady. Whee!
