I think all that sleep I've been getting shaking off my fall from Wednesday morning has messed with my usual sleep cycles. As I type this, it is 1:20am local time, and I am wide awake. As I am supposed to be getting up at 6:45 to get ready for work, this kind of, how you say, sucks.

So rather than tossing and turning next to my beloved [livejournal.com profile] solarbird, or taking any of my leftover Trazodone which I would prefer not to do if I can avoid it, I've come back downstairs to stay up for a bit, have some nice soothing tea, and hope that in a little while I shall settle back down enough that I can actually get some slumber. I suspect, however, that I will be running short on sleep by the time I make it into work tomorrow, and long on zzzzzzzz's.

Keep in mind that the FDA recommended dose is very small, according to actual research. Three milligrams is a good starting dose, and you can safely go to three or four times that.

In one test people were given _gram amounts_ and the side effects were so mild none even asked to be taken off the test.
