Anna, does your doctor adjust your dosage to a higher dose in the fall and winter? Because your body needs more medication in cold weather to stay warm. It sounds like that could be one of the reasons.

Also, some people have had better luck with a combination of T4 and T3 medication. I used to take compounded T3 with Levoxyl. I also had luck with Armour.
