Hrmm, trying to think about this based on what we've seen of Lee so far... I could totally see him eager to jump into their relationship just because he's eager to have a stable relationship in general. (As evidenced by his desperate attempts to see a relationship he wasn't actually having with that prostitute in "Black Market", for example.)

She did indeed seem rather cold and distant to him. We'll have to see where this goes.
