That seems reasonably obvious to me. One, Anders, and two, she's left Galactica and by implication bought into Baltar's whole monstrously wrong settlement plan. Somebody feels abandoned on every level, so he's pissed off.

I think it's pretty clear that they're -going- to tell us what's happened over the last year, particularly in the early episodes of season 3.

BSG is just a show that trusts its viewers enough to let them try and figure it out on their own -- all the little subtle clues about how the relationships of all the characters have changed over the last year.

I can't wait until October, personally.

There is a fine line for me between "give us just enough clues to figure out what's going on" and "leaving us totally in the dark". For example, as I just mentioned to seattlesparks elsewhere on this thread, I would have really liked to see a brief glimpse of why Dee chose to participate in the voting fraud. But I'm doubtful that we'll ever get an explanation for that, especially since it happened before the year-long jump.

I'm absolutely coming back in October, and I'm hoping that having this long of a break will let them give us a much more focused season three. It'll be interesting, to say the least. :)
