Date: 2006-02-08 05:18 am (UTC)I enjoyed seeing Wendy's art again, but was underwhelmed mostly because of the Wavedancers, who I always felt were unnecessary and over-blown. I'm also slightly lost, since I skipped Forevergreen after the first RC book (and thus most of Sunstream's story), and the Wavedancers have progressed quite a bit since what I saw. What I'm really looking forward to is when the Wolfriders and Wavedancers meet, also seeing more of the old characters. (I hear Strongbow and Moonshade's daughter will be showing up. While having a character who is described as 'cutest' and 'funniest' sets off all sorts of mental alarm bells for me, I do want to see what she's like).
