And, back to work

annathepiperGot up a bit earlier today to get into work by 9:30, and I think this'll be my new morning schedule for a while. It's gray and gloomy out this morning, but I didn't mind, since it wasn't terribly cold. And I figured out where I can get diet Mountain Dew on my downtown walk to Real, which is good, given that Dew isn't included in the free pop in the soda machines here. ;)
I got emailed this morning by the guy who ran the unemployment orientation class I had to attend; he's been following up with me a couple of times, checking on my progress. I was very satisfied to be able to report to him that I have a JOB.
I also have a PHONE at work now, and a nameplate on my cube. The nameplate doesn't have an apostrophe in it, but oh well. I'll live with it, just because I dig having a cube again.
